Germany beat Northern Ireland Cross runig the ball UEFA Euro selection

Northern Ireland was going great. The team continued to win the UEFA Euro selection. But Northern Ireland finally loses to Germany.

Germany won the C-group group 2-1 on Monday night in Belfast. Former European champions play in possession of the ball from the beginning. No teams scored goals in the first half.

Germany scored a goal in Northern Ireland in the second half.
Marcel Steinberg scored a goal in the 48 minutes. Northern Ireland did not see a goal in the extra time of the game. On the contrary, at extra time of the game Germany, scored a goal. The goal came from the foot of Serge Gnabry.

Germany won four of their five matches in UEFA Euro selection. Now at the top of the group Germany, their point is 12. Northern Ireland won the first four matches on the other hand but they are trailing behind the goal.

Jürgen Klinsmann talking to RTL: “They’ve got to take it seriously and you can tell that they really want to win the group, but the challenge for the head coach is to get them past being content with their current situation and want to compete to the peak of their powers.”
